Following your inquiry, we respond via email to schedule a phone consultation. Consultations run approximately 30- 45 minutes. We go over all design aspects in order of the day,  as well as design, delivery, and installation details. 

Within 3-5 days, you will receive a custom proposal & mood board for your review. The proposal contains pricing based on our design chat. The mood board is a compilation of imagery you have provided, samples of our past work, and/or additional images we believe capture the vision appropriately. 

Once the proposal is approved, signed, and the first installment payment is received, we are officially booked for your event date! From here, we continue to keep lines of communication open. Unlimited emails, proposal & mood board revisions throughout our planning process.

2-1.5 months before your wedding day, we have your NYC Flower Market Visit! A couple-led, live & interactive design meeting, where we walk the flower market together. It is  encouraged that you bring samples of your stationary, fabric samples, lipstick, you name it. We get a hands-on view of all the florals & textures that will be seasonally available to you on your day. Followjng your visit, you receive a Design Deck for your review.

Design Deck has been approved, floor plan & final installment payment has been submitted, and its your Wedding Day! We have a 2-3 day studio run, sourcing, processing, and designing your special pieces. We deliver & set up your florals & hard goods, and we break it all down at the end of the night. All you have to do, is ENJOY!
